You can request deletion of your SitStudio account and associated personal account information.

When possible, send the request from the email address associated with your SitStudio account so we can verify ownership.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will process deletion of personal account information associated with your SitStudio account, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

Videos and Projects Stored on Your Device

SitStudio videos and editing/project information are designed to remain locally on your device during normal use.

Locally stored content may be removed separately by deleting the applicable project or media, clearing SitStudio app data, or uninstalling the application.

Subscriptions

Deleting a SitStudio account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

You should manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account if necessary.
