Delete Your SitStudio Account

You can permanently delete your SitStudio account and request removal of associated personal account information.

Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open SitStudio and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Delete Account.
3. Review the account-deletion and subscription warnings.
4. Type DELETE to confirm your intention.
5. Complete the required Google or password verification.
6. Wait for SitStudio to confirm that your account has been deleted.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access SitStudio, you can request account deletion without reinstalling the app.

When possible, contact us using the email address associated with your SitStudio account. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing deletion.

What Happens to Your Data?

Deleted: Your SitStudio sign-in account and associated cloud-stored user profile.

Remains on your device: Videos, editing projects, and tracer data stored locally on your device are not automatically deleted when your account is removed. SitStudio does not store those videos and projects in its cloud.

Limited retained information: SitStudio retains an account-deletion marker associated with the former account identifier to prevent deleted account information from being accidentally recreated. Certain transaction, security, or legally required records may also be retained where necessary.

Subscription service records: Associated RevenueCat customer information is handled through a separate administrative cleanup process. This cleanup is not automatically completed by the in-app deletion action.

Google Play Subscriptions

Deleting your SitStudio account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscription charges may continue until you cancel through Google Play.
