These Terms of Service govern your use of the SitStudio mobile application and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SitStudio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Use of SitStudio

SitStudio provides video-editing and sports-trajectory tools. You are responsible for the videos and other content you select, edit, export, or share using the application.

You agree not to use SitStudio for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some SitStudio features may require a paid subscription or purchase.

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's applicable billing terms and policies.

Subscription prices, billing periods, and available features will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app-store account settings.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos and other content you use with SitStudio.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to edit, export, publish, or share that content.

6. Intellectual Property

SitStudio, including its software, interface, branding, design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to SitStudio and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the SitStudio software or branding.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of SitStudio from time to time.

Beta and testing versions may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, or features that change before general release.

8. Disclaimer

SitStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or video.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SitStudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SitStudio when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security issues, or violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
