SitStudio (“SitStudio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile application that allows users to create, edit, and export sports trajectory and video effects.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use SitStudio, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

If you create or use a SitStudio account, we may process information including:

• Your email address
• Display name
• Authentication provider, such as Google or email/password
• A unique account identifier
• Basic account status and account-related timestamps

SitStudio uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore to provide account and sign-in functionality.

Videos and Editing Content

SitStudio allows you to select videos from your device and add trajectory paths, visual effects, shot information, and related editing information.

Your videos and SitStudio editing/project data are processed locally on your device during normal use and are not uploaded to SitStudio-operated cloud video storage.

When you export a completed video, SitStudio may save that video to your device's media library or gallery at your request.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase a SitStudio subscription or other paid feature through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google Play.

SitStudio may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase validation, and access to paid features. We do not directly receive or store your full credit or debit card information.

Security and App Verification Information

SitStudio may use Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity to help determine whether requests originate from legitimate instances of the application and to protect SitStudio services from abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through SitStudio to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate your identity
• Provide SitStudio's editing and export features
• Determine subscription status and provide purchased features
• Maintain application security
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Provide customer support
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Local Video Processing

SitStudio is designed so that videos you select for editing remain on your device during normal use.

Trajectory paths, Shot Info, Carry data, and related project information are also designed to remain on-device rather than being uploaded to SitStudio-operated cloud storage.

Third-party services used for authentication, subscription management, and application security may process limited account, purchase, device, or technical information necessary to provide those services.

4. Third-Party Services

SitStudio uses or may interact with third-party services necessary to operate certain features, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication, limited account/profile storage, and application security
• Google Sign-In — when you choose to sign in using your Google account
• Google Play — app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, billing, and related services
• RevenueCat — subscription status, purchase validation, and access to subscription features

SitStudio does not currently use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.

5. Data Retention

Account information may be retained while your SitStudio account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.

Videos and editing/project information stored locally remain on your device until you delete the applicable content, clear application data, or uninstall the application, subject to your device's storage and backup behavior.

Purchase and transaction records may also be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment providers according to their respective policies and applicable law.

You may request deletion of your SitStudio account and associated personal account information by contacting:

Deleting your SitStudio account does not necessarily delete transaction records that Google Play or other service providers are legally or operationally required to retain.

7. Children's Privacy

SitStudio is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information processed through SitStudio. However, no electronic system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SitStudio changes or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy.
